Large cocktail shrimp are approximately 35 per pound, Jumbo are approximately 25 per pound, and Canadian Grilled are approximately 30 per pound. For appetizers, we generally recommend 2–4 ounces of seafood per person.

Fresh mussels are approximately 25 per pound. Fresh clams are approximately 7–8 per pound.

Shucked oysters are available by the pint or half gallon, with approximately 18–22 oysters per pint. Whole East Point oysters are available individually or by the case of 100.

Yes. Thanksgiving ordering deadlines apply to all orders, and some items have earlier special-order deadlines. Ordering early also gives you the best selection as Thanksgiving approaches.

A general guideline is 2–4 ounces per person when seafood is being served as an appetizer and 6–8 ounces per person when it is the main entrée. Give us a call if you'd like help figuring out the right amount for your gathering.
